What is Child Abuse, Neglect and Exploitation?

Child abuse is physical injury inflicted non-accidentally on a child by a parent, Guardian or other adult. Child neglect is any mistreatment that threatens the child's health, safety or welfare.

Child sexual exploitation (CSE) is a form of sexual abuse that involves the manipulation and/or coercion of young people under the age of 18 into sexual activity.
